Things you need:
Cut out all parts and punch holes using hole puncher
Zip tie (or use metal “officemate” fasteners) the two strips together. Align edge holes of the head assembly (zip tie only second hole from the edge) Attach elastic band to the very end holes.
Be sure to fasten the zip tie clasp end outward to avoid pinching forehead.
Make sure not to dead knot the elastic band. Tie a simple loop or quick release for nurses, doctors, and first responders to adjust to their head.
